Protecting your privacy is important to the The Stanrd by RCD (“SRCDC”) family of companies1. We do not share client information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We never sell any client information to anyone for any reason.
DO YOU COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You may browse any of the SRCDC family websites anonymously. Generally, we don't collect personal information when you browse - not even your email address.
There are two activities that do require us to collect personal information: creating an account and creating a digital charrette. When you create an account, we ask for your name, email address, telephone number and company name. When you create a Charrette, we further ask for the property name, property location and for you to create a Charrette name. This information helps you stay organized, makes submitting an RFQ quick and simple, and gives our team the information it needs to provide you with the best quote possible or contact you with any questions.
HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?
Your information may be shared with members of our staff – such as quotes and project management – to facilitate your quote or order.
SRCDC may also, on a selective basis, share appropriate information with authorized colleagues from any company in the SRCDC family if your project manager or sales representative believes that company has information on a product or service that might interest you. We may also share select information when you expressly request that we provide you with certain products and services that are available through one of our companies. This helps us make available to you our full range of custom manufacturing solutions including indoor furniture, outdoor furniture and lighting.
In addition, at your option, your personal information can be used to keep you up to date on upcoming industry events, promotions, product announcements, and other information we think you'd like to hear about. SRCDC companies do not share any client information with nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
DOES THIS SITE USE COOKIES?
The SRCDC family websites do use cookies to help us understand how our users access and use the sites. Cookies allow us to identify you as a unique user, keep you logged into MyCharrettes as desired, and improve the functionality and performance of our website for your benefit. Cookies do not reveal any personal information about you, but rather assign you a unique, random number that can be used for reporting and modeling purposes.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You always have access to the information we have about you. To review and update your personal contact information, simply log in at any of the SRCDC family websites and click the My Account link in the site footer.
PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN
As is consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), the SRCDC family of brands does not knowingly request personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent first.
